Frequently Asked Questions

We take special care in choosing fresh quality ingredients to prepare our dishes. Conveniently to some of our clients, and by coincidental good fortune, our entire menu, including ALL our restaurants’ ingredients, are gluten free. While we offer plenty of options for those who do eat meat, we also have delicious vegetarian and vegan options. In other words, we have something for everyone!

GLUTEN:

We are an entirely gluten free restaurant with no gluten ingredients, which effectively eliminates any potential cross contamination. Plese refer to the following celiac sites that comment on our products:

(NOTE: On January 8, 2024, we introduced flour tortillas in our North Park establishment, but due to popular demand, we removed them that same week. As of January 12, 2024 we are gluten free again.)

NUTS:
Our products do not contain any peanuts, tree nuts, or any ingredients related to nut allergies.

VEGAN:
We have multiple Vegan offerings that never come in touch with any animal product and we make sure that our vegan taquitos are fried in their own individual fryer. Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan cheeses or creams at this time.

OIL:
We use canola or a blend of rice and canola oil, depending on availability.

MILK:
We use milk in the cooking of our carnitas.

SOY:
We do not use any type of soy in our products.
